Another week has gone by you guys!
I proomise to get all our weights up this week, i finally have my own Internet :)

This week:
-Take measurements.
-Get moving for at least one hour every day.
-Try a new exercise.

    I'm back to my original weight of 144 despite my terrible eating including a buffet last week. =)

    I'm at 194 today.

    I'm in the same boat as econn. It effected last week and this week.
    I'm up to 138.6..

    I only did about 30mins of band today band today because the heat made me really sick and we got out early..
    So I'm gonna do some tennis tonight.
    I've neverr played before but I'm taking the class so I have to learn.

    I'm down to 172.0. Finally flush all the pizza I devoured last weekend out! I'm hoping for a big loss this week as I have started school and unless I pack it, I can't pig out on the bad food on and around campus because I have no money. Even when paycheck comea Wednesday, most of that money will be spent and my ride is a gas guzzler so I'm making myself jeep money for that lol. Katie, who's also on the green team tried to get me to play raquet ball last semester but I didn't have the time so maybe we can try that this week. I've never played!

    I'm 129 this week.

    What new exercise is everyone doing? I can't think of anything new. Any suggestions? I run, go to the gym, do zumba and pilates on occasion.

    i'm living close to campus this year and therefore need to walk to all my classes, so i tracked it out and BOOM i had walked 3 miles yesterday. LOVE it.

    that's awesome! My campus is tiny.. but i have colorguard practice FOUR times a week and I'm taking tennis this year.. so I get that three times a week for almost an hour.

    My new thing is tennis. Try a new machine or new class at the gym? Or try the 100 pushup or 200 situp challenge?

    sorry i went on vacation and just got back, i gained back a little at the beach so I'm back to 194.6 but it was only a little less than a pound
    i tried yoga this week and i loved it! I don't have a measuring tape... i don't know if ill be able to get one to take measurements
