Need to weight train and lose some fat. Stopped using weight watchers and starting this. Couple of questions should i do the premiuim? Also any suggestions for my food settings etc? Hope to get over my 10 pound hurdle. need to focus on losing fat not pounds. Also any apple watch users? Going the purchase an apple watch soon. want to know the pros and cons for fit bit.

Hi, and welcome aboard!
I would suggest you start with the basic food plan/app and go premium only if you feel there are functionalities missing for you that are only in the premium version. I personally feel the MFP is pretty complete, but the premium offers more details if you're into it.1
