Just started 3 days ago. My scale needs a battery, ha! I’m 58 and need to lose at least 15-20 lbs!

15-20lbs won't be hard for you. Track the inches, if not the weight.
Your statement is very vague in detail as well.
Do you work out?
Are you looking for motivation?
Are you trying to just see how long it will take?
Are you male/female?
Are you overweight or normal BMI?
Plenty of questions that are needed to be answered, for any type of support.

Hi! Welcome! Im 42 and just getting serious about my health. Started a new diet 2 weeks ago and working out this week. I quit smoking 79 days ago. And i have gained so much weight from surgery and the not smoking. I need to lose 60+ lbs. But i have faith we can all meet our goals! Just hang in there! Good luck!0
