I’m tracking macros. On the dashboard I only see grams. I want to see it by percentages. I can’t find that.

You can set it up by percentages when you set up your profile. But for your daily, you are correct you will see in total grams not percentage. I am not aware of a way that can be changed. So when I set mine up on profile I set up for the correct percentages for me, for protein, carbs, and fat. And know what grams I need per day.2

Thank you. I will have to memorize my grams then.0

It seems you have to pay for premium to get that feature. Then you can change it in: account settings> diary settings.1

Food Diary -> Settings -> Macronutrients In The Diary -> tick the box to switch between percentages and grams -> go back to your daily food diary and click on the blue headings that show Calories/Carbs/Fat/Protein and it will change :-)0

Did the default recently change? I use the desktop app. It used to default to showing grams, and I could click to percentages. But now it defaults to percentages and I don't want it that way.0
