    Leftover potato & bacon soup. It was supposed to have kale in it but my kale didn't look to good so I had to toss it.

    Tonight is a grilled bacon wrapped beef tenderloin steak, roasted potatoes and asparagus, and bernaise sauce. Red wine with dinner. Maybe a fruit crisp for dessert if I’m feeling ambitious. (All in my calorie allowance)

    I made some to die for Bacon zucchini fritters tonight served with baked sweet potatoes and a piece of top sirloin steak grilled to perfection...aka medium-rare! 🔥🙌
