Please add me, looking for support

Hi folks, Second time on this weight loss journey. Less than 10 years ago was almost 270 and more or less maintained until past year. Could use motivation and support to get back to where I was. Seems this journey is different 10 years later, I'm a little older and it is a little harder. I don't want to only lose weight, i want to get back to the healthier lifestyle where the thought process was food is fuel for my body not for enjoyment.
