Coming back to Myfitness pal. I belong to TOPS (take off pound sensibly) I’m a struggling Kops coming back to my fitness pal. I’m a senior and a lot of my my fitness pal friends are inactive. Looking to get back on track looking for support and to give support. Trying to stay strong in London Ontario.
