170 vs. 170

The pic on the left is me at 170 pounds on the way down to 161 pounds (my lowest weight). The pic on the right is me at 170 pounds (my current weight) on the way up while doing a cleaner bulk. Less cardio, 3000-4000 calories a day and lifting weights and working out 5-6 days a week. I’m definitely stronger! I’m a little over half way until I start cutting. For those of you that have trouble gaining I will note that I didn’t see significant gains in weight until the 3rd month was over. This bulk has been interesting to say the least.
