Difference between active and very active help?!? I usually get 12,000 steps in and I exercise with a personal trainer 5 times a week and play basketball 5 times a week

See when they ask your profile, u have to ignore your exercise routine. Apart from that if u are doing 12000 steps then write very active lifestyle
Understand the purpose of asking: It is aimed at fixing up the calories intake allowed any day, when u dont do any exercise.

So lets say the fix up your daily calorie requirement as 1800 cals.. so when u logg ur exercise with 500 calories burn.. it will automatically adjust your intake level for that day to 2300 cals. Is it clear now1
