Ribeye steak. You get your protein, fat, iron, B-6, potassium, magnesium, even a little vitamin D and calcium. Delicious!9

I like loads of different foods but something that always makes me salivate is my homemade roast chicken legs in an oriental marinade with vegetable stirfry and a few wholewheat noodles.......soooooooooooo good0

My favorite foods are probably sushi and spaghetti with meat sauce. So my favorite healthy foods would be sushi and spaghetti with meat sauce.6

I love snacking on homemade hummus with broccoli, snow peas and baby carrots. Smoothies are great too... coconut milk, protein powder, spinach and any fruit I happen to have.0

Blueberries and walnuts together.. though I could easily take this to very unhealthy portions.

Too many to count because I've always been a big fan of fruits and vegetables, but there is one I think I should mention because it's very underrated. Potatoes in all forms. So satisfying, nutritious, delicious and very versatile.6

I am a fruitaholic. I love my pineapple, kiwi, pomegranate, peaches, all of them!
This is why I could never do keto. I eat a good amount of fruit every day.3 -
