Sesame oil

I started my weight loss journey here 5 days ago and set my goals on MFP and in the nutrients section it says not to have any polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats but thats basically what sesame oil is. I've been only using 1 TBSP in my salads for lunch cause I just enjoy it as a dressing....is this going to hold me back from losing weight? Should I really not be using it?

It'll only hold you back from losing weight if it ends up eliminating your deficit. Weigh and track it just like everything else.2

The goal for unsat fat isn't 0, there is no goal. There is no recommended limit or minimum, so MFP should probably have N/A but instead it shows 0.6
