here we go! starting today you record your weight. Then for the next week until sunday evening you keep track of your excercise burn calories. The goal is to burn as many calories as you can! And whoever burns the most iwill put who won for that week. At the end of the 8 weeks we will record our weights again.
My starting weight as of this morning is 161.6.

This sounds like fun. I don't really do high intensity workouts. I am pear shaped, so I do a lot of squats and what I call butt raises. Last night I did 300. I usually do one day of lower body exercises followed by one day of upper body exercises. I'll log my exercise cals and weight, but I don't think I'll be anyone's competition lol
Today's weight = 162.2
I normally weigh in on Tuesdays, but I'll do it on Mondays for this challenge0 -

ok so i gained a lb this week because i have been majorly slacking and i need to get to running and doing strength. im going to save my turbo fire dvds for this winter when theres snow on the ground. i seem to loose more weight just running and doing toning workouts than the turbo fire was. but i bet i was building more muscle when i was doing that. oh well off to a new week! going grocery shopping today also so i can get healthy foods! that should help. good luck to all of you ladies and keep up the good work!0

If I might make a suggestion. I like to emphasize BMI improvement while maintaining lean body mass, rather than weight loss to those with weight loss goals. One may easily lose water weight or even lean muscle mass weight. It doesn't necessarily mean they are healthier than their starting point. Just my $0.02. Good luck everyone.0
