First day for me 1/2 dose for a week

    Caused high blood pressure for me, dizziness, anxiety, stopped working after 3 weeks, yes was eating right and tracking. Stopped taking it gained it all back and then some extra weight. Just do it naturally.

    Caused fainting for me. Then of course I regained the weight, all 3 times that I took it because I did not learn proper eating habits

    The pill works to suppress hunger, but weight loss comes from the calorie deficit created. Should be used in conjunction with a medically supervised diet plan.

    It works. It also causes .... intestinal ... slowness. Get a box of prunes.
