Hi All,

This is my first post on here, as I seek extra motivation to keep the good sessions coming.
I’m currently weighing I at 118.4kg, started at 120kg.

Last summer I started off at 123kg and ended at 111.5kg, I hit a plateau and gave up.

This time I’m determined to get below 100kg, I’ve been back at it for 2 weeks as of tomorrow, form is starting to pick up and I feel great, the diet is working and it feels like all the hard work is paying off.

I will be attaching the photos on the blog so you can see what I got down to last summer compared to my current physique. I’m not a very muscular person, however this year my my main aim is to gain mass and cut.

I’d love to get involved in general chats and possibly create a challenge which motivates myself and others, please comment your thoughts below and your own stories
