    Lift heavy and eat alot.

    I'm doing the same. Eat good fats, carbs, and calories. U got to eat more then u burn. Good luck girl.

    Exercise like glute bridges, squats, hip thrust, donkey kicks, lunges are all good even without equipment at home. Eat. Eat and eat. Drink high protein smoothies. You can make It at home. Pizza, chicken, fish, yoghurt, eggs, milk, fruits, peanut butter, dry seeds.

    Eat more calories than you burn and lift so that you can better control where the weight goes. I recommend following a program rather than doing a bunch of random exercises.
