I just made this yesterday and it is SO GOOD! It makes a HUGE pot of chili, I froze over half of it and still have a ton in the fridge as leftovers, so you could cut it in half if you want. For this huge pot of chili it was hard to figure out serving size, I guessed 8 servings but I'm thinking now its more like 10-12. Anyway, based on my recipe calculation of 8 servings its 288 calories per serving. (again I think that would be a HUGE serving.)

Turkey Chili in Crockpot

2 pounds ground turkey
2 med onions chopped
2 cans 16oz kidney beans
1 green pepper, chopped (I used red just cause I like it better)
2 cans 14.8 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can 8oz tomato sauce
2 T Chili Powder
2 t. Salt (I omitted this, tasted fine without)
1 t. pepper

In a skillet, brown turkey and drain. Transfer to slow cooker. Add next nine ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4 hours.

I served over a small amount of brown rice. Enjoy!
