    Wonderful to see some fellow Aussies, I wonder if there is any Aussie themed groups on here. I'm new, it's on my list to checkout. I hope you are surviving the heat thus far. I'm so thankful for the cool change that has just come through (Melbourne).

    Sydney - and I appear to be the only person on this thread who agrees with you re the weather LOL! I LOVE the heat! And there has not been a "heatwave" here yet. Out country west NSW yes, but where I am, no.

    There was one I joined a few years back when I first started but I think it has died in the *kitten*.

    And I am currently complaining about being cold (Sydney) and wishing i'd worn jeans to work instead of a long dress. Lucky I decided on the long dress or I'd be freezing even more!

    23 here right now and top of 26. :( 45 I agree is a bit too much. I'm happy at 32. 32 is my favourite temperature. between 28 and 35 is ideal.

    I tried exercising in 45° yesterday after quite some time of good conditioning. It was also very windy and let's just say it wasn't the most divine time 🙄
