OK to use your points on other meals?

Does anyone know if it’s ok to use your calories from another meal on a different meal during the day? So, for instance, if I dont use all my breakfast calories, can I use them at dinner?

Of course.
Eat what you want when you want, whatever it takes to stay within CALORIES over the long-run.4 -
You could use all of your calories in one meal, just as long as you burn more calories than you eat.2

What is your plan? If you're counting calories, you can split them up however you like.3

You can even look at them over more than individual days, if that works. Without premium I think you just have to do the math yourself but there's no reset between meals or days, your CICO is a continuum and what matters is the reality over time.2

Many of us follow a weekly calorie goal. As long as they balance out over the week you're fine.
As Melanie said, it's a continuum.2 -
Think of it like a savings account...
If your goal is to save $5 per day, but one day you save $2 and the next day you save $8... it's all the same in the end.1
