I would say calorie counting has something to do with it but working out at the gym toning all areas plays a big factor to. I go to Planet Fitness and they have free Trainors that help me build a workout regimen to get rid off excess inches and flab in unwanted areas. Good Luck and wish you the very best on your journey! If anyone wants to send me a friend request gladly accepted.

Losing fat comes down to a calorie deficit; how you get there is up to you. Most find it ultimately easier and more sustainable to focus on creating their deficit managing food rather than relying solely on exercise. Resistance training is a prerequisite if you're concerned about body composition. Personally, I've never had more success than when my logging is 100% on-point and I can guarantee I'm eating under maintenance.
