Protein Tips??

I’ve noticed a trend in my food logs that I am usually under or even significantly under my protein intake every day. When looking at my macros, my protein usually sits at 10% when it is recommended I hit 20%. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to increase my protein? Especially protein rich foods that’ll fit into my 1450 calorie days! :)

    Chicken, beef, pork, poultry, fish, eggs, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, other cheese and dairy, tofu, seitan, lentils and legumes...

    Protein shake or a can of tuna!

    I eat a lot deli turkey, oatmeal, chicken, fish, cheese, pb2, beans, tofu and then if I still can’t get there, a non-dairy protein shake. My goal is 100g a day.
