Protein Tips??

I’ve noticed a trend in my food logs that I am usually under or even significantly under my protein intake every day. When looking at my macros, my protein usually sits at 10% when it is recommended I hit 20%. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to increase my protein? Especially protein rich foods that’ll fit into my 1450 calorie days!

Chicken, beef, pork, poultry, fish, eggs, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, other cheese and dairy, tofu, seitan, lentils and legumes...4

Protein shake or a can of tuna!1

I eat a lot deli turkey, oatmeal, chicken, fish, cheese, pb2, beans, tofu and then if I still can’t get there, a non-dairy protein shake. My goal is 100g a day.
