Hey y'all! Have a short term goal to hit of 40 lbs down by September to do this killer activity on a cruise and then 50 more to go zip lining. After that, one more round of 50 for my ultimate goal weight and then tone and maintain! So in it for the long, long haul. This is a journey I've started & stopped many times, succeeded & failed but this time I'm determined, I've got things to do! Let's hope the willpower holds up if I plateau again after the initial loss as usual. Pumped and ready to kick butt!

Thank you! It won't be easy when it's been so cold lately and I prefer to exercise outdoors plus my workout partner isn't motivated but I want and need to do this!0
