New here, from Indiana.
I am single mom with 3 kids. I work a lot and am trying to finally find time to get ME back.
I have been trying to get to the gym as much as I physically can ( around 3 to 4 nights a week)!
I have no thyroid and recently had lower spinal fusion. I am at the slow and steady pace at the moment but trying my hardest. Any advice is greatly appreciated as I am trying to figure everything out.
