    I've been following what my fitness suggests just enter your info in. I am focused on high protein and lower carbs as well. Not that I eat every day how I plan but so far manage to stay in my cals most of the time. I consistantly lose 21.5 pounds since November.

    Just measure and weigh your foods and enter everything in. Play around and see what works for you.
