Hi all!
So I have been doing alot of jump heavy circuit training on mon, wed, and fri. Which I love, I LOVE breaking a sweat and feeling 'wobbly' I feel like I actually put effort into my exercise and its very detoxing.
Tuesdays and Thursdays I have been doing the Jillian Michaels video " Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" Which I also really like (and when I intitially lost 50lbs I did it all through Jillian Michaels videos) But her videos, espically the long ones, are a little intense and def have alot of jumping etc...
I am finding jumping around 5 days a week is causeing me to burn out by wednesday ( big surprise lol)
I think pilates on tuesdays and thursdays would be great for the toning and stretching (good core work etc..)
Does anyone have some good pilates videos I can do at home with minimal equipment?
I do belong to a Retro Fitness but I'm very busy and getting to the gym is a bit of a struggle sometimes so I have better luck working out at home. plus my gym is a mad house right now.
But atleast i'm doing something right?!
