Hey all,

I have recently joined myfitnesspal to help me get back in shape. I used to do Weight Watchers and lost 31 pounds with that program almost 8 years ago. I like this site because it is very similar, instead of points it is calories. I hope to see some differences.

    I love this site! A friend told me about it a month or so ago and now I have signed up 5 or 6 friends/co workers and they all love it too.
  • I did Weight Watchers too... lost 139 lbs., then gained a lot of it back... mfp seems like a GREAT method for keeping track of everything we eat, and the exercise we do... welcome!
