Calorie question

So, I still have 204 calories left for today even after putting in everything I plan to eat today. Do I eat more or skip my work out?? Confused! haha:happy:

    You should always aim to try and eat your calories for the day, it keeps your motabilism up, if you start eatn to little your motabilism will slow down and your body will start to hold onto calories. You should have a treat even to even out your calories, that's what I do now and then if I've eaten so good all day and I'm under my allowance :)

    Eat more!

    Or, if you have made some low-calorie substitutions, try switching back to the regular/full fat stuff--this way you can meet your caloric needs without eating more when you don't want to.

    I would still workout - then eat something more (healthy calories of course LOL).

    Working out is much more than just burning calories. It's healthy for so many reasons.
