Compulsive eating recovery

Hi, I'm Rose. I'm 30, between 5'2 and 5'3 and about 187 pounds depending on the day. I have struggled with compulsive eating, not quite binging, but eating over what I burn uncontrollably, for years. On January 1st of this year I started with a new therapist and I started making 95% of what I eat at home, and simply eating under maintenance. I have lost 3 pounds and I'm ready to add friends who are like me with open diaries so I can get meal ideas and know that I'm not alone. Please add me!

I have been trying to lose weight as well and I have tried a lot of things, I can barely do push ups and when I try even the most basic workouts I get tired really quick, but I read about a few things online that really helped me out with burning some fat Ill post a few links here so you can check it out might be really helpful to anyone here trying to burn fat and lose weight

Hi Rose. Feel free to add me! I am a compulsive eater and binge eater, that is *mostly* under control over the last 6-ish weeks. I think I have had a few bad days in that amount of time. My diary is open to friends.

Hi! I struggle with binge eating disorder. I work with a therapist once a week. My binges have slowly diminished. I had one binge last week. I just opened my diary to friends. I still have mastered the heathy eating yet but I do try my best to stay under my calorie goal. One thing I do is I plan out my meals for the next day before I go to bed. It seems to give me some structure.1
