HOLIDAY ON FRIDAY! QUICK WEIGHT LOSS TIPS!

Hi there!
I am going on holiday on friday and want to lose a couple of inches by then (I was silly and pigged out this weekend so my clothes are tight). Any tips to lose a couple of inches by then (I will comntinue to be sensible when I get back - this is just short term weight loss)

    EXERCISE CARDIO AND WEIGHTS AND DRINK A TON OF WATER............

    If you had a lot of sodium..that may be the cause of tight clothes. Try to drink loads of water to coutneract the sodium..Make good choices this week..and continue exercising..nothing much other than that..

    Keep your sodium low! Also, cutting back on carbs helps too. Drink LOADS of water too!
  • Water with lemon (as much lemon as you can take) helps. Drink all the water you can, no other liquids for the next few days. No carbs, more protein than anything. A good colon flush product could help you too, just don't abuse it. Have fun this weekend :)
