What up peeps,

I’m new here and am hoping to drop some serious pounds over the course of the year. I’m keeping track of my food and I’m hitting the gym starting Monday so here’s to a healthier year and a healthier me.

Hit me up if you guys have some tips for cardio or other workout plans.

Also feel free to add me. Having some friends to talk to and share stuff with on here would be awesome!
