I got a little mini tramp or "rebounder" and can't find any data on how many calories it burns on MFP. Anyone know how to calculate it?

Rebounding, rebounder, mini trampoline, trampoline jump, bouncing.....no, none of it in database.

or as my husband calls them "barcodes from the skank factory".

I just looked and I couldn't find using a mini trampoline in the list of exercises either.

According to this site, it's 3.5 METs for recreational trampolining or 4.5 METs for competitive trampolining. I assume those are for full-size trampolines. Since these are not activities I participate in, I don't know whether there would be a significant difference in energy expenditure on a full-size trampoline and a mini version.
