Reintroducing myself

Hey been on here a few years now, but quit logging in a couple years ago and which meant I neglected my weight and fitness.
Back to hit it hard this time and attain my goal of 250. I had made it Down to 290, but now has crept back up to 343. I'm a big man at 6' 3" and actually pretty lean at 250. So I now have myself set at a 10lb. a month goal. Which at this point is 1800 calories, been on it a week and actually keeping calorie intake at 1600. I go in for a knee replacement next month from a old football injury that finally took its toll.
I battle cirrhosis as well which makes this challenge even more important in case I need a liver replacement in the next few years. So here I am ready to Rock!!
