Hey Everyone,
I am Chantal! I joined My Fitness Pal last year as a way to start eating healthier and become more conscience of what I put into my body-food wise and amount wise. I must say it's been a slow process but I feel like I'm getting there. I rather learn how to eat appose to being sucked into your usual commercial diets! Not saying that these sort of diets are wrong, just their not for me.
I've so far lost almost 20 lbs! which is great and I have motivation as I'm flying out to Paris come April and also getting married in October 2019!!! So cheers to 2019 and all those people on a similar mission!🍾
