    take a before picture and look at it every day. find a dress or piece of clothing you want to fit into and try it on at least once a week. those are two things that keep me moving forward.

    For me the biggest motivation is looking at photos of myself when I was the weight that I want to be. Also obviously pinterest/instagram/youtube and here - there are tons of success stories that motivate me. :smile:

    Hi everyone so I took some ideas offline and thought I'd share them
    1. Celebrate your success! No matter how small.
    2. Ask yourself everyday...if I stop my diet how would I feel six months from now?
    3. If you don't want to try on that dress or pants that your trying to fit back in then hang them up so where that you can see it everyday.
    4. Weigh yourself once every two or three weeks I stead of every week.
    5. Make a list of why your loosing weight. Look at it everyday. I wrote my list with a dry erase marker on my mirror lol.
