I’m posting my 7mo progress pic here in hopes to help some people turn their “should” into their “must”. For seven months prior to June 26, 2018...I told myself I “should” get in shape, I “should” work out, I “should” change my nutrition. Until that day, it was always a should. There was always some lame reason to NOT do it. Guess what, there’s NO real reason. We ALL have the time. We just need the mental discipline to commit and then never look back.
So if I can, you can! Go after it. Today is the day. There’s no excuse. Be mindful, nutrition is king, but workouts are a must too! Get some MFP peeps! It’s you vs. you!

Amazing progress! You are right, until I stopped making excuses for myself and saying “well, maybe tomorrow” and actually told myself “I will!” that’s when I finally stuck to it and got results. You look great!0
