2019 Cleanse & Restructure

Hi, Just joined last night. Looking to make a few changes in my life, health and eventually fitness. I have allowed the last 5 years to get away from me. Time to tidy up. Slowly but surely will be my approach. Can't do cold turkey without failure and I want this to work.

    Hi Sharon and welcome, I have joined quite a while ago but never even bothered reading anything until I decided now its time to get my health sorted. Slowly but surely is the way to go, research, a lot of reading up on all aspects of getting in shape or healthier. It becomes so confusing, well, in my opinion. There is a wealth of research and reading material online. But I am determined and will make it. And as you said, we will fall down sometimes, but most important is that we immediately get back up and carry on. I wish you well with your journey. :)
