Picky eater...

Hi everyone! I'm new and I just want to lose some weight!!! I'm a horribly picky eater and I need some advice!! Any suggestions?

I used to be a horribly picky eater. What I started doing was establishing what were my "love" foods (ie: potatoes, bread, and other carbs usually) and what I'd do is try something new with a food that I loved. Sort of a balance if you will. What made a huge difference for me, was when trying vegetables to buy fresh produce (usually from a farmers market or a co-op) it made a world of difference in the taste. Also, get online and look up recipes on how to make it best. Learn what spices you like and incorporate them in.
Five years ago I would've scoffed at the fact that I would be eating tofu (scrambles, in stir fry, etc.), tempeh, corn, broccoli, and zucchini. But now they are all foods I love.0 -
