Hey everyone!
I'm not technically new here, I joined in 2017, but I fell off using this app for a really long time. In that time, I got out of a terrible relationship, started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and lost nearly 20 pounds. I'm super happy at this weight and I really just want to improve my game by eating better. I'm using this app to keep me accountable for what I put in my body. So, hello again to all you lovely MFP folks!
