Hi everyone Im back at it! If you work out 3 times a week for about an hour .30 min on elyptical,and thirty minutes on weights.Would you consider this light exercise?

I'm 42. Was injured 8 months ago and can't exercise. I was afraid I was going to gain weight. I did intermittent fasting and calorie restriction. Lost 60 LBs. No cardio. Just started using an exercise bike. I will see how it goes. Seams like enough exercise. How's your diet?0

I would consider it Moderate to me. Depending on how much intensity you put into the workout for an hr could be even more.0
