I only want to tone up in places and build a fuller looking booty....However I would like some advice on couple things. Who is the best blogger/vlogger on YouTube. I want the majority of my food intake to be plant with some animal protein. I'm aiming for for affordable tasty meals

    Assuming your female so I’d recommend Stephanie Buttermore as a start. You can’t “tone up in places” it doesn’t work like that but her videos would explain all that if you watch enough

    I've been using eatthismuch to plan my meals. You can adjust almost anything with the settings. Calories, macros, foods to ignore, your preferences for cooking difficulty per meal, price point, and more. And that's in the free version, which I use. The only downside to the free version is that you can't plan ahead, or record what you already have in the app. Since I grocery shop almost everyday, that's not a big deal for me. I just try to pick meals that I have most of, if not all, the ingredients for.
