Just getting started AGAIN.... I do ok with eating at work, but it goes to hell in a handbasket at night. What are some snacks you eat that are low cal and low prep (grab and go) and still satisfying? Thank you

I'll usually have yogurt if I want something sweet, and hardboiled eggs if I was something salty. I'll also reach for cheese sticks.

Ehhh, I guess that depends on what you mean by low cal. I generally like dairy for a snack because it seems to satisfy me in a way that fruits and vegetables don't (I generally will have my fruits and vegetables with meals).

berries, popcorn... I love a 100 calorie of smartfood, I second the hardboiled eggs and cheese sticks, laughing cow, pretty much any type of cheese, sometimes ham and cheese rolls, jerky, chilly cow ice cream bars ( more of a treat, but yum! Brownie batter is my favorite!)

what about dark chocolate chips? What do you know about that? I heard they should have a certain amount of cocoa in them

Fruit is my favorite snack. Bananas are super filling and around 100 calories (Depending on the size). Sometimes I'll grab a Justin's nut butter pack since they're portioned into individual servings. They're a little more at like 190 calories, but at least there is no weighing or measuring you have to do.
