Hi
I have a diary allergy and I'm trying my hardest to find recipes that look appetising. However, I'm a painfully fussy eater. I'm keen to try new things but I have a very basic pallet.
The one thing I cannot stand is
- Lentils
- avocados
- fish
- duck
- sweet potato
- seafood.
I hope this helps. X

Just about any meal from a country further east than India.
If your problem is only glucose intolerance you should be able to handle milk products where bacteria has already digested the glucose. That includes yoghurt and most cheeses.1 -

In addition to what acpgee said (I was thinking the same - though I'm assuming they meant lactose, not glucose), there are a ton of dishes from the Indian subcontinent that would fit as long as they don't have lentils. Honestly there's a lot of recipes in general that would fit the bill.
I don't eat most dairy products nor avocado and haven't really had many issues finding recipes from around the world that work. Various dishes from the Caribbean would work (as long as you didn't cook seafood dishes), from the Americas more broadly, there are plenty of dishes from all over Europe that fit the bill, etc. Just looking at some of the tabs I already have up:

You have a diary allergy which means.....? You can’t log food?
Avocado, fish, sweet potatoes, duck and lentils don’t have dairy if that’s what you meant. Just eat something else, try chicken, beef, regular potatoes, baked beans...? If you really want milk products you could look into nut milks like almond and cashew.3 -
Just recently made this soup. Very yummy! You can adapt to use pork italian sausage in it if you eat meat too.
