Howdy I started this new chapter of healthier eating and lower cals on 1-1-19 so far lost 4 lbs. (took 3+ weeks for the scale to budge). I workout almost daily but have notices increased back pain when I try to do too much. (waiting for CBD cream to get here). I own a Pilates Reformer and do this 4 X a week for 45 mins I do 10 mins of Cardio Trampoline towards end of workout..then 20 mins yoga and 10-15 mins weight lifting (only using an 8 lb weight).always ending w/ 70 sit ups on a ball. I hike (we live in the foothills so up and down hills for 90 mins (on days I do not use the reformer). Does anyone else own a reformer and can show me what to do for bad back using the reformer? ( I had 11 back operations from 11/96 to 10/2002- ( 3 were MAJOR) and I almost died from an infection of an implanted Morphine pump, which was subsequently removed. My back has a scar from L1 to T11 (butt to bra strap!) I also have to be careful as I had a hip replacement on the L. Had gone to pain docs but they just want to pump you full of pain meds and pay for their bias PT (usually they have stock in the PT establishment)- I do better on my own--any help would be appreciated.
