Abdominal Tightness/strain

                    Hi! I was doing really well working out every day for three weeks...last week I did a double workout and really pushed myself. That evening, my upper abdominals felt incredibly tight. I still have this feeling, now a week later and have been too nervous to work out. It’s not painful, it’s just really tight like I’m bloated or ate a big meal (I don’t look bloated though). It’s just super uncomfortable.  Is it possible I pulled or strained something? Anyone ever have this happen?

            Weird that you didnt feel it during the workout. Usually you'll feel the strain or pull on the exercise. I'd say stretch and ice. Hopefully feel better soon1

            This happened to me during a yoga class this week. I didn't feel it until afterwards, I struggled to eat, couldn't laugh cos it hurt too much for about 3/4 days. Kept me awake one night 😖.1
