    I am aiming to lose 2 more lbs which would be a doable sustainable loss for 14 days. :)

    14 days isn't long enough to make a significant difference. Abort mission and eat a cheeseburger

    Maybe they don't want/need to make a significant difference. Being committed for 1 day is better than giving up.

    She states she wants to lose weight for valentines day. I'd hazard a guess she's trying to make a difference, she's not doing it for shiits and giggles. I'd also say being committed for 1 day is pretty weak too I'm afraid
