Hi guys ,
So I’ve just started my journey on the weight loss and fitness path on 7th January 2019. I lost 2.5 kgs as of 28th January. However , when I weighed myself this morning , I was shook to see that I have gained 1 pound back again. This has happened despite of exercising regularly and eating well. It’s really demotivating since I’m new to this. Any suggestions ?

Your weight fluctuates day to day depending on so many variables eg exercise, time of the month, what you are the night before, salt intake etc0

Weight loss isn't linear, as you can see from my last 180days. You will go up and down for many reason that are not about fat loss. It is about the trend. Stick with it. Worth it in the end.
Loads of good posts on the blog about this if you want to read about weigh fluctuation
