            Hi my weigh in days will be Wednesday. I am looking to be at 140 by May. My second oldest graduates high school and that time last year when my oldest graduated I was at my very heaviest. So about 7-8 pounds to go.

 Total weight loss 24lbs since November
 Challenges stressed caused me to not eat enough calories each day. Trying to get a hold of my anxiety that sometimes comes on so strong I can barely function at times.
 Success is I enjoyed a few treats in moderation and didn't feel guilty and didn't allow it to turn into a binge moment.
 Hopefully this week the anxiety is better. I have a doctor appointment at the end of the month so I'll be seeing what we can do about. If feels like as time goes on it's more than I can bare. Ugh I hate it!6
