Hey I'm Erica, I'm returning here not really feeling to motivated although I just started yesterday on this challenge for myself to eat healthier(to lose weight) , no alcohol , juice or soda for 30 days and It's already getting tough 😫😩 ANY ADVICE TO KEEP GOING ?!

You know you don't need to cut out things you love to lose weight right? its all about taking in less calories than you burn - i.e eating at calorie deficit. Personally I could never have stuck to any 'diet' if it meant cutting out foods I loved, yet here I am in year 6 of maintaining a 30lb weight loss, no food is considered bad/naughty, just some have more calories than others so I eat less of those.
Log every single thing you eat, choose the verified food entries in the database, use a food scale - that's the biggest tip because weighing our food is really eye opening and helps us see what portion sizes really look like.

Thanks for responding I needed some kind of knowledge because I literally don't know what I'm doing I just know I want to lose weight and willing to do some work.. where can I get a food scale ? And how many times do you eat a day ? And how much water do you drink ? Sorry for all the questions I need help lol 😩0

That's not true, there are foods that are bad for you, and soda and alcohol are tops on the lost along with trans fats. Yes will lose weight with a deficit, but that doesn't mean your healthy.0
