How would I factor in wrist and ankle weights with dancing as I'm sure your burning more calories

It is a very small burn amount though. I wouldn't worry about it, just call it a bonus.1

Please don’t use the strap on weights in that manner on your ankles, they are designed for leg lift type exercises, not walking or dancing.
Even the lightest of them can cause damage.
For the hand weights, small dumbbells, or holding the weights is better.
There is too much stress on your joints when doing cardio with weights attached around wrists and ankles, they are a strength training accessory.
