Hey guys!
I’m new to the social part of MFP, looking for friends and/or accountability buddies to help motivate each other & hopefully keep me on track this year!!!
I’d like to lose 20-30 lbs, meet my fitness goals, and follow AIP from Feb 3-June without cheating! It’s exciting & overwhelming!

Counting calories, eating less, and moving more works. You don't need to go crazy with extra rules on top of that like AIP requires, but good luck with it.
If for some reason, you can't stick to AIP, don't give up. It's just one way, not the only way, to get you where you want to go. The MFP community will help if you ask for help.0 -

What is "AIP," sure I could just google it, but might as well get the answer here for anyone else with the same questions.
