Back here after a long time away, I literally need people to shout at me to get off my *kitten* and exercise or tell me to put the wine down lol feel free to do so π would like to make friends on the journey

Well...I'm the last person to tell you to put the alcohol away
, but you can totally fit it in as long as you reduce portions of it and decrease the total amount of your other food intake.
Oh, and get off your rear!Start with 10-15 min, even if you don't feel like it, and if you feel ok after that keep going. I workout 5 days a week. Do I always feel like it? NOPE, but I always feel better after and get the bonus of having accomplished something great for my long term health and fitness.
Here's to looser jeans again by March 1. :drinker:1 -
